Microwavable Rice Bag with Handles and Washable Cover Scented or Unscented

Suffering from severe scoliosis I wanted to find a way to alleviate the pain and tightness in a natural way. I found microwavable rice bags and I was 100% sold! The moist heat hits my muscles way better than any electric heating pad I've used! Also suffering from migraines and tension headaches all the time, these have been one of the only things that help. I can use the moist heat on my neck and use the handles to apply as much pressure as I want.

**Hot Therapy: Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles. Directions: Microwave on high for 1 min, flip, reheat for an additional 1 min.

**Cold Therapy: Deliver cold relief to sore and tight muscles, headaches and even bug bites without messy melting ice to even the youngest user. Directions: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour in zip lock bag.

**You can add essential oils to your rice bag. What are the said benefits of using essential oil?

Lavender: Pain relief for pains including those caused by sore and tense muscles, muscular aches, rheumatism, sprains, and backache. It is also widely used for various respiratory problems including cold, cough, sinus infections.

Peppermint: Menthol is present in peppermint oil. It helps to clear the respiratory tract. It is also an effective expectorant and therefore provides instantaneous, though temporary, relief for numerous respiratory problems including nasal congestion, sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis, cold/cough, nausea, headaches, and relief from stress.

Lemongrass: Is used to help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression in aromatherapy

Eucalyptus: Helps relive mental exhaustion and clear the nasal passage way. Eucalyptus also helps some people with their headaches.

Orange + Lime: Helps lift your mood, reduce stress, and clear your mind.
